Our philosophy
Our philosophy, which stems from our motto, learning from the Dreamtime, acknowledges the wisdom, culture and beliefs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people that has been passed on through generations. Kidz Mob believes that incorporating Indigenous culture, and the culture of families who attend our services, is the key to fostering a community of services that are inclusive, environmentally conscious, and a safe space for all children. We are dedicated to catering to each child's individual needs and interests, to create, and develop life skills.
We believe that providing children with activities and resources which hold significant value for them, allows them to engage at their own pace. We encourage them to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing through developing healthy habits that are embedded in the program and role modelled by our Educators.
We will collaborate with parents/guardians and the community to welcome open discussions as their views in relation to the operation of our service are respected and valued. Kidz Mob will be a safe, fun, and supportive environment for all children and families.
Opening hours
Before school care: 6:30am–8:50am
After school care: 3:00pm–6:00pm
Vacation care: 6:30am–6:00pm
Parents night out: 6:00pm–9:00pm
Pricing
Enrolment fee: $25 per child
Before school care permanent: $19.50
Before school care casual: $22.40
After school care permanent: $25.50
After school care casual: $29.30
Vacation care: $62 standard day
Parents night out: $27
*Price is for full session, we do not charge hourly.
Child care subsidy
Parents/caregivers will have access to the childcare subsidy which subsidises a portion of their fees based on Centrelink's determination of their Childcare Subsidy Assessment. If you need further information on applying for the child care subsidy please ask our friendly staff and we will provide you with some resources.
